Our take
I needed a spare power adapter for my Pro-form Sport RL, and this Ablegrid unit was cheap enough to try. It works fine—plugs in and powers up the rower without issues. The 4-foot cable is adequate but could be longer for convenience. My main concern is the Prop 65 warning about chemicals, which is a bit off-putting. For $7.50, it's hard to beat the price, but I'd keep it away from kids. If you need a backup adapter, this gets the job done, but it's a generic, no-frills solution.
